A Checklist Before Commissioning a FiveM Script
Define your FiveM script requirements, framework compatibility, trusted server actions and acceptance checks before commissioning development.

Write a player scenario
Start with one concrete action. Describe who uses the feature, what they do, what the server should change and what should happen when the action is rejected. Include the staff workflow if the feature also needs administration. This turns a broad request into behavior that can be reviewed and tested.
List the installation you already have
Record your framework version and the resources the feature must use. Identify the source of player identity, inventory and persistent data. Include configuration examples with credentials removed. The developer can then assess dependencies and avoid assumptions about your server.
Separate client requests from trusted state
Sensitive changes should be authorized and validated by the server. A client request is not proof that a player owns an item, has sufficient funds or has permission for an action. The official Cfx.re event-security guide explains this trust boundary and appropriate event handling.
Agree on acceptance and handover
List success and failure cases, restart behavior, installation instructions, source access and licensing in the proposal. Decide how updates and future changes will be handled. For your request, combine the player scenario with dependency versions and a short list of acceptance checks. Explore Kiava FiveM development or request a custom FiveM script.
